初中记叙文:怀念有好奇的日子
When I first started walking, the sound of cars honking and the warmth of the sun filtering through the trees seemed too familiar. The shadows stretched out before me, each one a reminder of a different day. As I approached the road, I saw nothing but the chaos of passing vehicles, their sounds too loud to ignore, yet my attention was drawn solely by the soft rustle of leaves falling from the trees around me.
That curiosity had always been with me. It hadn't even seemed so natural when I realized that I was about to explore something deeply invisible—a leaf on a tree. Just as I thought I was observing nature, it became clear that my entire world was waiting for exploration.
\p>The story of childhood is one of wonder and discovery. From the tiny holes in the blackened fake sink to the shimmering fish in the pond, these small questions were more important than ever. And when curiosity took its cue, the world began to unfold into a strange tapestry of colors and shapes that seemed impossible for anyone to have seen before.
Even as I grew older, I found myself becoming a bit older in my pursuit of knowledge. The toy box lay empty, filled with old games and puzzles. The questions were fewer than they once were—perhaps too few, perhaps just the right number. But through it all, I had always wondered: what if I had asked those curious questions before? Would that have changed the world?
\p>\q The answer was no. The learning curve was steep, and curiosity itself grew more difficult as time passed. I learned to accept my own limitations, even though I'd known they were part of a larger puzzle.
\p>The days when I could ask "What does this do?" or "How are these arranged?" began to wear thin. But even then, the world was full of wonders waiting to be discovered. And as I watched children play with bricks, they arranging them in patterns that seemed too perfect for anyone to have seen before, I realized that curiosity had become a bit more of a natural part of who I was.
\p>\q Now, I've faced the day when I didn't know how to ask "What is this do?" or "How are these arranged?" But even then, I knew that curiosity would one day lead me into the world, and the answer would be no matter how hard it seemed.
